How long does the course take to complete?
Typically it takes around 15 - 20 hours, but you can go at whatever pace you like - this is your learning after all.
do i need to know anything about the law?
Nope - we'll start with the basics. No prior knowledge is necessary.
is it worth ncea credits?
It certainly complements some of the Legal Studies unit standards, but it's designed to enrich your learning beyond that. The course itself does not include NCEA credits.
how much does the course cost?
A one off payment of $895.
Is it worth the money?
We believe so! The price of the course is less than the cost of a tutor and less than the cost of repeating a first year law paper. On average, only 25% of law students progress to Part II, so getting a head start will save you both time and money.
Is the course aligned with what is taught at university?
Yes! The course has been purposefully designed to prepare learners for first-year law.
